Course content

To successfully achieve the CMI Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading, you will be need to complete a minimum of 15 credits. To make up the credits needed to pass, you can select a combination of any of the CMI Level 2 units, as follows:

  • Building Working Relations (5 Credits)
  • Team Communication (5 Credits)
  • Controlling Resources (6 Credits)
  • Team Development (6 Credits)
  • Providing Customer Service (6 Credits)
  • Personal Development as a Team Leader (6 Credits)

GROUP B

  • Team Performance (5 Credits)
  • Being a Team Leader (5 Credits)

Students can choose any combination of units from Group A and Group B.
