The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 2 Award in Team Leading will support the development of skills for those aspiring to make the transition from team member to team leader.

This entry-level qualification is ideal for taking the first step into leadership and is most suitable for learners seeking a supervisory position or for those who are new to a team-leading role. The CMI Level 2 Award will help build your confidence as a leader through the introduction of fundamental management skills and will introduce you to the principles of effective team leadership.

With a study period of three months and a total qualification time of 50 hours, the CMI Level 2 Award in Team Leading is a short and concise course designed to give you a widespread base of the skills required to be a successful leader. Once this course is completed, you will then have the option to continue studying further units to achieve the CMI Level 2 Certificate, or progress onto the CMI Level 3 course.
