Who is the course for?
These qualifications are for current or aspiring team leaders and supervisors, making them ideal for those beginning their management careers.
The ILM Level 2 certificate is a more comprehensive course, but DLC also offers the shorter ILM Level 2 Award.
Entry requirements
You don’t need any existing qualifications to undertake this course.
Course content
The course covers a wide range of topics, to help you certify your skills and establish your position as a leader. To successfully achieve the ILM Level 2 Certificate in Leadership and Team Skills, you will need to complete 13 credits. In order to earn your credits, you can choose from a wide range of study units, including:

Assessment type
ILM students are assessed through assignments only. For each unit of study, you will need to submit an assignment online which will be marked by your tutor and feedback will be provided.
Learning type
This course is online only, with no classroom requirements. The study style is completely flexible and you will have unlimited access to our industry expert tutors, as well as the complete support of a student mentor.
