This April CIPD opened the entries to their 2022 CIPD People Management Awards. The awards aim to reward hard working teams and raise the profile of winning organisations. The nominations were open to all organisations and encompassed 23 separate categories.

On Tuesday 22nd March, UN Anti-racism Day, CMI launched its new documentary series: The Workplace in Review. This is part of their 75th anniversary initiative to research and grow awareness of the barriers that still exist in fair, inclusive workforces. Each episode of The Workplace in Review will focus on one of five key themes. Their goal is to understand what we can do together to bring real meaningful change and break down these barriers. The first takes a deep dive into Ethnicity in the workplace.
