Role: Part Time Admin Support Professional

To ensure we are able to maintain and exceed our high-levels of customer satisfaction and unlimited support to our learners, we have a vacancy for a part time admin support professional to join our Study Support Team.
The role requires great written and verbal communication, a can-do attitude and excellent computer skills.
No two days are the same for our world-wide community of online learners and our team need to be ready and on hand to ensure we can respond to their requirements quickly and efficiently. Candidates need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work well independently and as part of a team while being committed to putting the learner at the heart of everything they do.
Full training on our range of services will be provided; however it is essential candidates already have the ability to communicate well and are efficient with Microsoft Office in addition to other commonly used computer programmes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely responses to enquiries
- Communicate important updates to wider team and clients
- Manage written and verbal communication from and to learners
- General admin duties
- Maintain CRM System
- Provide accurate information
Required Skills:
- Previous administration experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- IT Proficient
- Good overall education
- Can actively work on own initiative/manage workload

Full training on our wide range of products will be provided; however the successful candidate will need to have the ability to build on this training independently.

The role is offered as a part-time remote position with the requirement to work from the Durham office on an ad hoc basis (office based working is available if preferred).
Hours are 16 or 20 per week (to be agreed with the successful applicant) based on Monday to Friday with the hours being worked between 10.00 and 15.00. The role is 5 days per week.
Salary is £19,000 Pro-Rata
25 Days Annual leave (Plus Bank Holidays) pro-rata
