A great roar arises in your heart, the roar of freedom.”

In this Ted Talk he redefines success and urges us all to pursue the best in ourselves.

Think of motivation as energy, this will encourage you to spend time with motivated people and not those who drain you through negativity. Positive people thrive off each others ideas, collaborate with each other and will be your biggest fans!
