Is this IoSCM Purchasing course suitable for me?
The Level 5 Institute of Supply Chain Management (IoSCM) Purchasing Management qualification is intended for students with extensive experience working at management level within the supply chain sector and looking to progress to a senior management role. The procurement course allows students to develop management skills and sector specific knowledge to support career development and operational efficiency.
Students enrolling in the online purchasing course will study the key management roles within the purchasing process, effective negotiating skills and various operational improvement techniques. As you don’t have to sacrifice you job, or any other commitments, to complete the distance learning course; you can implement and practice your newly acquired skills within the workplace.
The IoSCM Level 5 Purchasing Management qualification can be studied to four levels, Award, Certificate, Diploma, or Extended Diploma depending on how many units you wish to study. For the Level 5 Purchasing Award you will be required to complete 1 core unit.
Unit choices are very flexible. While we recommend certain unit choices for each of our supply chain qualifications, each of our distance learning courses can be customised to cover a wide range of other topics.
