The second topic of the course focuses on the ‘Quality management in logistics operations which will cover quality, how to increase and maintain the higher levels of quality across your logistics services, what quality inspections are, how to prepare for one and how to demonstrate your capabilities.

The course concludes by looking at ‘Improving the quality of logistics operations’. This topic is the most in-depth part of the course, covering topics such as; continuous improvement, process mapping, root cause analysis, The Fishbone Diagram, PDCA and The Logistics Strategy.

In order to complete your bite-size studies and receive your certificate you need to achieve an overall score of 80% + on the questions. Don’t worry if you don’t achieve this on your first attempt, simply revisit the topic, refresh your knowledge and try again.

Once you have achieved the required score you have successfully completed your bite-size studies with IoSCM. Your IoSCM certificate  is now available for you to download and will make a great addition to your C.V.
